Amy Dias, Head of Human Resources Consulting & Talent Development, MassMutual

Amy Dias is Head of HR Consulting & Talent Development with MassMutual. Amy has been with the organization since 2003 in a variety of Human Resources roles including: Recruiting, Talent Management, HR Strategy & Planning and HR Consulting.  She has led various significant, enterprise-wide talent management initiatives such as a top talent development program, the integration of MetLife’s Premier Client Group, development of the company’s core values, the company-wide performance evaluation process and succession planning for the CEO and Board of Directors.  Currently Amy leads an organization of fifty individuals responsible for the HR Business Partners, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Workforce Analytics and Employee Engagement. Prior to joining MassMutual, Amy held HR positions with the Yankee Candle Company in South Deerfield, MA and Kelly Services, Inc. in Farmington, CT.  Amy earned her BA in Communications from the University of Massachusetts.  She resides in Ludlow, MA with her husband Paul and their three children, Jack, Nicholas and Madelyn.

Cheryl Hutchinson, Chief Human Resources Officer, ConnectiCare


Cheryl Hutchinson plays a key role in building, developing and retaining the talent needed to bring ConnectiCare’s values to life. She and her team are champions of ConnectiCare’s culture and are charged with cultivating a workforce that delivers on the company’s promise to make it easy for members to get the care that they need. Cheryl has more than 20 years of senior leadership experience across health care, consumer, retail and professional services firms where she was successful at driving growth through effective human resource strategies. Additionally, Cheryl has been a keynote speaker at Executive summits in New York, Boston and San Francisco on the topics of human resources leadership, effective team building, employee engagement and the power of appreciation. She earned a bachelor of science in business administration from Albertus Magnus College. She is on the board of directors of Human Resources Leadership Forum of Southern New England, is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and previously served on the board of advisors for The Culture Works in Salt Lake City, UT.

Greg Troy, Chief Human Resources Officer, Kaman Corporation


Gregory T. Troy has more than 25 years of knowledge gained from his successful leadership of organizational development, talent management and global capital transformation initiatives for international organizations.  As Senior Vice President - Human Resources, and Chief Human Resources Officer, Troy helps Kaman Corporation achieve its strategic growth goals. He joined Kaman from Force Protection, Inc. of Ladson, S.C., where he served as Chief Human Resources Officer and was an active member of the Executive Committee.  Prior to joining Force Protection, Troy served as Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Modine Manufacturing of Racine, WI.  He has held increasingly responsible human resource positions at OMNOVA Solutions, Inc., Bosch Corporation, and Mobil Corporation. Greg is a two-term Trustee of the Board of Directors for the Employer’s Health Coalition located in Canton, Ohio.  He also currently serves on the Executive Committee as Chairman. Greg also served in the United States Army from 1979 to 1986 as a transportation officer in the United States and Europe, where he attained the rank of Captain. Greg earned his BA and MBA from University of San Francisco. He lives in Simsbury with his wife, Barbara.
